Mods,,if this isnt allowed , please delete. Was just wondering if anyone does business with Chadstoolbox that sells German tools. Are their prices good?

Seems to get a bad rap here but I've ordered from them before and never had a problem.

I would buy from them again.

Edit: And yes, on many of their items the prices are good.

There are a few threads about Chadstoolbox and like Sal said, they aren't all positive. Try the search function for chadstoolbox and also Chads toolbox or Chads tool box depending how people spelled it. Also there's a forum just for this sort of thing, the Product and Vendor Reviews section. You might look around in there as well.

If I remember correctly, the complaints centered around people buying non-stock items and having to wait several weeks to get them.

If what you want is in stock or you know it's not a normally stocked item and you are fine with waiting a month or 2 to get it, then I think you will be ok with ordering from them.

Exactly right, with one added twist to the waiting process: they will initiate exactly zero communication about the wait. If the customer initiates communication about the wait, it will be met with junior-high level attitude-laden responses.

I had a positive experience with them. I ordered some NWS pliers and Wera Screwdrivers. They used USPS 2 day shipping. According to the tracking the package shipped out of Alaska! Came right on time too!
