JV Puleo...my introduction

Gentlemen,
My name is Joe Puleo...my background is entirely in pre-WWII cars and mostly pre-WWI cars so have only the most basic knowledge of modern cars and electronics which is why a friend suggested I join this forum. I do have a question regarding my girlfriend's 2006 Honda Civic that I will post in the General category since I've no idea as yet where else to go.

I will be building a garage in the next few years. Right now I'm working on the house. My shop is in the basement of an old mill building where I'm rebuilding a 1910 Mitchell.

Well, this is the project I need to build a garage for. My 1910 Mitchell on the day it arrived. That was about 10 years ago. About 3/4 of the mechanical parts have now been rebuilt or made new but the are all in my shop, in the basement of an old mill. I can't assemble the car there because It won't fit through the door...the chassis came in stripped and on it's side.
