Kaeser Dryer

I have a Kaeser HTRD 20 dryer and it just stopped turning on, not even the oh **** light is coming on.
It’s getting power at the outlet. I’m not sure if it’s the power switch or a contactor. I opened it up and am in the process of looking around to trace all the wiring.

I emailed Kaeser, asking for a manual, they sent a service request to a compressor company wanting like $600 to come out and eval it, instead of sending me a manual or schematics or anything.

After a bunch of searching, and some luck, Im convinced the FS Curtis RNH series dryers are IDENTICAL, except the paint and the brand of filter inside for the drain, of course.
I looked at so many photos and their diagrams and I can’t find any reason to believe otherwise.

Hope my discovery can help someone else.

Also when I was on the Kaeser website, it seems they only want to sell you “service plans” that can cover the cost of the repair, depending on what’s actually wrong and what level you pay for.

The mechanic in me thinks it’s dumb to pay for something that I can easily do. And if it’s something I don’t know how to do, imma figure it out lol. Furthermore, I’m sure I could never afford it lol

If I remember correctly, FS Curtis has their dryers private labeled from another manufacturer. I can't remember the the manufacturer, but thinking it may be SPX. It's been several years.

Everything is in same location.

That's larger than the dryer that was speced for the project I was involved with. It was a tight spec and we wanted to buy the package from a single vendor which is how we found Curtis had SPX (listed manufacturer) driers private labeled for them.

This dryer is built by Hankison. DeVair sold the same one under their name.

Does the contactor pull in when you operate the switch?

If not, does the motor start when the contactor is closed manually?
