Do they need to be cardboard? If not and if you have a table saw, making those would be very easy. Make the external box from 1/4" ply and then cut slots for 1/8" hardboard using any normal blade. You could make them fit the space perfectly and it wouldn't take all that long

What are you going to use them for? When I had my own shop, I tried cardboard, but they fell apart pretty fast. Plastic lasted longer, but still failed after a while. I would go metal or well-constructed wood for long-term use.

In my opinion, the best ones are the plastic Akro-Bins, good quality, and pretty rugged.

They would be used for lightweight items like they have in their one video, PVC fittings, electrical outlets/wire nuts, etc. Stuff that only gets pulled out once or twice a year.

I have some of the Akro-bins and to buy larger ones of those and the dividers would be even more expensive.
I may make some of my own from some scrap laying around.
I also want them 24" deep.
