Kalpro tools no longer exists?

Does anybody know if Kalpro tools closed up shop or something?
I've been to their website in the past: http://www.kalprotools.com

But it's not there anymore. Anybody have any idea what happened? Were they another victim of our recession? Did they sell to China?

Nope, Kal-pro makes pliers/cutters and I believe they were the OEM for some of the truck brand pliers.

It's a mystery. If you look for Kal tools on the toolweb (ISN) site, most of their models are listed. However, if you browse Tooltopia most models are out of stock. With most of the tool trucks that sold Kal now hawking Chinese versions, I fear Kal may have closed its doors.
