Still loving my wallet. Ergonomics and functionality are perfect IMO.

make sure to post up if you ever decide it's your final run. I'd shove another in the safe for many many years in the future when something happens to this one.

Thanks. Hoping to keep making them as long as I can. Trying to work out another batch of buckles to have more in stock. I have a good amount of wallets in a couple ano aluminum colors. I need to rip out some more titanium and get the buckles done. On my list while I'm bored all day at home if I can manage it.

Here’s a link to the black. I have some other misc stuff not listed on the site if you’re interested. If you want, send me a PM and I’ll give you my email/phone. Working on getting some other stuff made and colors back in stock. Mainly buckles. I have black, clear and hard grey boxes in stock.

I'm not sure how I've managed to miss this thread other than just not being on GJ regularly for a long time. Amazing work! I need to start from the beginning.

I just started following your IG and think I'm going to pick up one of your plane of bend brackets. One question on those: What is the range of tube sizes it will work on?

Thanks. They go up to 2”, but you could prob squeeze 2.125 in there. I’ve thought about making bigger versions, maybe to 2.5 or 3, but haven’t really had any requests for it. I’m not sure how many people even use that or benders can bend that size.

Side note. I know I touched on it in some posts. But sort of out of commission for a bit. Broke my neck a month ago. On the mend and should be good as new. I do have some other stuff I’ve been working on that I should drop in here.

The 2" max covers me...I can do 2.5" tube in my bender but don't have tooling for it. What's the minimum it will grip...maybe 3/4"?

Good luck with your neck! Spinal injuries are nothing to mess around with...sounds like you're extremely lucky that wasn't worse.

If you put a longer screw in there or a spacer to take up some slack, you can basically go down to nothing. I didn't want a massive amount of stickout on the the tubing sizes most people were going to be using.

Yea, pretty damn lucky. Had a pretty good crash on my mountain bike. Walked around for two days with a broken neck. Lucky to not be paralyzed. If anyone is interested I have a couple posts with way more info and vids on my IG.

Pre-crash, I scooped up this Apex 20” disc sander, so I was working on that.

Holy sh@t! If chicks dig scars you are set for life! Glad to hear you are on the mend.
Maybe you should look into subcontract work for medical implants. There is certainly enough money in it.

Long time no updates. Been super busy lately, shop, family, kids, day job. Some updates in the shop. Picked up some new equipment. I sold my faithful Fadal the other day after almost three years on the nose. I ordered a brand new Brother Speedio S700X2. It should be here inside about two weeks. Big re-organization and some upgrades. I purchase a used Mattei rotary vane compressor a little bit ago. It replaced my big 5hp Champion. Probably the best quality of life upgrade in small shop. Not sure I could go back to a piston compressor again after this. I sold off a long bench that was just a magnet for stacking stuff after I found a good deal on some matching Vidmar cabinets (I had some mismatched short, old Listas/Vidmars underneath). Picked up a really clean DoAll vertical that's a little bigger than I wanted, but couldn't pas it up. I'm going to miss my Fadal a little, but I'll fill the void with some high speed Brother goodness.IMG_0184.jpg

Looks great Joe! Do you have the Speedio tooled up yet?

I have some tool holders I've already picked up and will order more from Maritool. I have my vises and all my collets and whatnot still and will use them in the Speedio. I think I'm pretty much ready to roll minus a few details I'll figure out when it arrives.
