I'll have to remember that.

I really cant tell where it's made. Doesn't say "Made in USA" but it is stamped "K-D 2145" and then has Patent #'s and a Can. Pat. # right below that. It looks like a good quality tool and I've had it for quite a while with no problems. If I had to guess, I would say it was made in USA.
