There was no link in the OP but no worries.

Mine arrived today, I added some springs and checked the wire stripper holes as I was going to mark the sizes with an engraver on the unmarked backside, however when I checked the wire gauge size with pin gauges and against my good strippers (without spring), they're way bigger than they should be, the smaller wire stripper hole specs out to 18 ga./not 22 and the #10 is spec'd out for a gracious #8. So right now its a wonky #18-#8 ga. stripper. I'm going to mill down the stoppers to see if will close tighter to proper dia.

Digging the wire cutters, cuts solid #12 well, not sure I would do #10 but then why would you use these for that? Perfect for small wiring jobs and because of the scissor shape, it will cut others things as well. They're sharp but time will tell how good the steel is.

The crimper crimps the #12-10 but just, you wouldn't want to spend all day doing it but perfect for my purpose. #16-14 no prob.

This will be going into my to-go tool box. Thanks for the heads up.

**** Heads up for the ones who bought these. The wire strippers are mis-labeled and badly sized, at least mine are.

The strippers are labeled 10-22 gauge which would mean there should be seven cutter holes (10, 12, 14 , 16, 18, 20 & 22) but there's only six holes. The hole size were massively oversized. The smallest was even bigger than normal #18 ga cutter. The last cutter was big enough for a #8 wire.

Tried reducing the the hole size by milling down the stops but when reached the proper size, the holes became heavily oval shape which you don't really want and only the #20 became proper holes size but not changed with the #10 because of the angle pivot.

You're welcome. I opened mine today. First thing I noticed is how much it ***** to manually open them. Ill probably be adding springs as well.

Yeah, mine too as well and took the opportunity to use my huge aviation spring kit.

Let me know what you think of the wire stripper hole size and if they seem ok on yours? Mine sadly mine is going into the trash.

I just pulled mine from the mailbox, and it's the Taiwan version. The listing said USA, but some of the pics shows Taiwan. Oh well...

I haven't tested them, but they seem to be pretty well made anyway.

You might be better off having the Taiwan version than my stripper. Taiwan did make good quality items.
