I honestly am not sure of the COO. My guess, from a quick search, would be Taiwan but I cannot say with %100 certainty.

I do however know that they are made by Danaher who also make tools for: Matco, Easco, Fluke, Kobalt, etc.

Uh, no, Taiwan is an island off china that china would like to claim. Quality is much better on stuff made in Taiwan.
