Curious what this KD 3 pin spanner tool is specifically used for? Googled, looked around the internet - No Luck.
Certainly one wise member (or members) will know the specific application of this tool

I found one reference to this tool in an auction in another country that ended in Oct of 2015 and the pictures have been thus deleted.

Could you post a pic of the one you have? We love a mystery but without a pic it's pretty hopeless.
