Mine are the same. I just bought a shop vac this weekend and the points weren't automatically applied. There must be something I missed at checkout.

Got the $5 in points today also.

A few months ago Sears was gifting me with $4 in points every Thursday for some reason. This went on for about five weeks in a row. I used them towards (already on sale) individual Craftsman Pro screwdrivers because I was afraid they would stop sending them to me if I didn't use them each time. One week I got busy with other things and I missed using them before they expired. Sure as hell, they stopped giving them to me.

How do I go about spending my SYWR points?

I have money in points to spend, and I've had money in there for a long time, according to my history, but they haven't been spent or applied on my purchases. I accumulate more points, but I don't know how to spend them.

EDIT-
I think I figured it out. I guess I have to shop for items through the SYWR website to redeem my points?

No, you don't have to shop only through the SYWR website, whatever that is?

If your ordering online, you just have to check the box on the left side of the final checkout page, that asks if you want to use your rewards points towards this purchase? For my purchases, it's always on the last page before confirming my order, after entering my payment options and everything. I always use the PayPal checkout first, then check off the points box last. Hope I haven't made this too confusing?

I used $5 from last weeks email Monday to get a 24 pack of AAA diehards for $2.

You need to log in with email or phone number and use a pin. My pin is zip code, which is I think default.

You should pull up any items your buying at Sears through the SYWR site and check for additional deals, for instance, Some of the items I recently bought had an additional special offer listed on the SYWR website not listed on the Sears website (at the time it was $10 back in points for any order made between Nov 3 and Nov 10, which I had made 3). here's an example of a current offer not showing on the Sears product page, but showing on the SYWR page. I always use Chrome to shop so the JavaScript doesn't glitch when applying coupons, and also add everything to my cart through the SYWR site rather than Sears. You'll notice that the product pages are mutually exclusive even though the shopping cart is shared through both sites. If you add a product from the SYWR site, and then go to your shopping cart at Sears and pull the product up from there, it will bring up the product page from SYWR rather than Sears.

Here's an example of a current additional special offer that's only available on said product by buying it through the SYWR site rather than the Sears product page (note that it's still the same price, even though it's on sale): "members get: $5 in points when you spend in Tools $25 - $49, $10 in points when you spend $50 - $99, $15 in points when you spend $100 - $199 or $20 in points when you spend over $200" This language shows at SYWR, but not Sears.
