Kellogg American pump, need help identifying

Was wondering if anyone could help me identify the following Kellogg American pump. I called the seller and he said there's a brass tag with "Model: 112-8870", which I can find NO information on.
If it's any help, he said the unit is about 17" tall, with a 16" wheel.

I found that link as well. I tried matching the pictures to those on that page, but couldn't find a match. All KAs listed on that page have the mounting tabs on the front and back, whereas this particular pump appears to have the mounting tabs on the side...

guess I'll let this pump/tank go due to lack of information... :/
