Kennedy Excelsior key 491

Hi, I'm in need of a couple of keys for a old Kennedy 520 machinist chest ,
They seem to be available on eBay ( over in America ) but the vendors either won't post to England or want crazy money to post a tiny key .
Any suggestions folks ?

Have you checked with a local locksmith to see if they can make a key from the number on the lock ?

Another option would be to call Kennedy directly.
