In my new obsession to organize my shop I've moved the contents of these boxes into larger units, and its not helping much when these are still taking up shop space!

All Boxes are located in San Jose, CA 95112 (or 1st and Brokaw if your local)

Kennedy:

Drawer has a quick insert I made to keep some loose bits from rolling around. Not actually attached so it can be tossed.

I found these dividers in another Kennedy Box that I purchased, but won't have a use for them after this one goes. Completely adjustable

All drawers slide good, I think one maybe two need new locks on the slides to keep the drawers from pulling out. No I didn't put the new latch on it and remove the original lock, but the system does work.

Looking for $100 on the Kennedy.

Next is the little Craftsman carry around box. Insert is plastic, and doesn't seem original to the box, but works fairly well.

Looking for $20 on the Craftsman

Hout is sold and off to its new home

I may also be open to some trades on these but really nothing pops into my head that I have to have right now. I really would prefer to sell locally, but I'm willing to ship if you are willing to pay. I imagine Greyhound would be the cheapest method on the Hout and Kennedy since they are fairly heavy.

For size reference, the Kennedy and Hout can be see in this overly mess cell phone pics of my shop.

Yeah Greyhound would cost like $45 to ship that box down there, and you have to pick it up at the bus station. I wish I had the time to restore the thing, it really is a stout box.

That is indeed the orginal plastic insert for those boxes. I still have my box and plastic tray in the basement which I bought new circa the mid 1980's.

Pre 80's models of that box had the metal insert tray.

GL w/the sale.

Good to know, when I bought that box, it was in a lot of 5 or 6 other small hand boxes like that, so I wasn't sure if something had been mixed up or replaced. The rest are floating around the shop holding different accessories for equipment. This one used to sit on my box at work to hold fasteners for the project I was working on at that time, but I don't have a need for that now.

All PM's have been replied to as well. Thanks again for looking.

PM's replied once again ... no Kennedy love? Sure it doesn't have the patina of the Hout, but still a great machinist box!
