Kennedy k32 carpenters tool box?

Is this a Kennedy k32 tool box? I is 32" but I have never seen one without a metal handle, and the lid lock looks different, and there is the side handle. And there is not a continuous hinge or (piano hinge)

That looks more like an old Union brand.
