Kennedy Kit K20 Tool Box

Just picked up a Kennedy Kit K20 tool box with what appears to be the co's older decal.

Any resources out there to help date the box via the decal/emblem?

Any ideas from you guys?

It's in really good shape and will look great once cleaned up a bit.
