I picked up this box along with another from some guy selling stuff on the side of the road. I don't need it, but I am sure there is someone on here who could use/want it. What year of manufacture? kinda beat and a little dented, but still a nice box. Cannot get pics to upload here from cell. Ser # on inside reads 1022-015035. Has Kennedy stenciled on top about an inch or so long. Brown box that "butterflies" open. I can text pics to your phone or e mail for pics to help in ID. Thanks, Kenny

hahahahaha. I tried that outlaw. sent pics from phone to my email, then saved in pics and tried to upload from there. Said files were tooooooo big. If I could e mail them to someone to do it or tell me how, i happily will put them here. both boxes and a metal firetruck I got. all of it for $25.

Open it in Microsoft Office picture manager or the like, and adjust the size. I will usually crop first, then adjust until it fits the limits the attachment manager shows.

they don't even have to be that small.
You can usually up load a size of about about 150 KB, the web site will re size to a point, but then they end up showing up bigger.
Irfan view is another good, simple to use, free viewer, resizing tool.
I like the older version(s) 4.10. less "glitter".

Edit, I see max size is 146 kb, so bigger than 150 should still work, say 200, or 250, .
I usually like to size them to 800X600 with irfan view.
It's under Image/resize/select800X600/OK. Then under file/save/OK, rename if you want to save the larger one and the smaller one.

That box is a later model 1022 box, made from the 80's on i would guess from the tag. Older boxes would have the Kennedy Kits sticker in it. It is a box that was usually sold as a tackle box for fishermen. Hope that helps.

I have a Kennedy 1018 (4 inches smaller in length). I bought it to replace the tackle boxes I was using for small tools and hardware. The tackle boxes were always breaking. I bought my Kennedy in 85 or 86 and I've never had a problem with it. That's not entirely true, when this box is full, I hate moving it because it's so damn heavy. I didn't buy the 1022 because I knew I wouldn't be able to even move it when it was full.
