Bought some kennedy stuff a while back. Forgot to get pics of the 2 new box/dust covers. One is brown and says kennedy, it would fit over a tall top box, one of the shallow ones.

Other is heavy clear plastic, bigger, guessing either roller can or versa cart. Haven’t unfolded it yet. Both say kennedy, both unused.

Didn’t see any others googling around or on their site, you guys ever seen these before?

Other one is this cantilever accessory box. I’ve seen them before so was surprised when the part # brought up nothing. Found this one on eBay with 11 watching which surprised me...

I guess people like that box? Is it Kennedy’s version of a wilton baby bullet to collectors?

Reviving an old thread. Clearing out some stuff and found the brown dust cover pictured above. Unfolded the clear one for the first time ever, it's actually for a top box.

Approximately 29 wide x 21 tall x 10.5 deep. Haven't looked up which box that might be yet.

Has anyone else ever seen these? I've never seen any others and googling only turned up this old thread.

I don't know anyone that uses a dust cover for a toolbox unless it is being put into storage or sits for months or years. Most of the time guys don't want to hassle of dealing with a cover day to day, and it gets either lost or never even purchased to begin with.

I know a lot of floor guys who get promoted to management and their tools sit on the shop floor and not get used. They may be the market for a dust cover, as the air in a machine shop will get your boxes either dusty and gritty or oily and sticky if it sits for long enough.

I saw them in a guys garage many years ago at my previous house. We live fairly close to the great Pacific rust generator, so I imagine he thought it might help. Just saw it at a garage sale, so no idea how well they worked.
