Can anyone tell me what this is used for and how much they used to sell for brand new? Found this in my dads stuff and have done a little research, but it looks like they're not made anymore. It would be awesome to be able to know exactly what this does since I haven't found an accurate description. Thanks.

I've found ones on eBay but they give little info and priced extremely different as in the eBay link I've added:

Kent Moore and Miller special tool were SPX companies, who also owned OTC. The first two brands were aimed at sales to dealerships for specialized tools for the various brands, while OTC was more general purpose stuff and more widely marketed. There was some product overlap between the brands. I have no Idea who owns them today. I remember Mopar service manuals calling for various Miller Special Tools.

Diesel injector pop tester. It's worth a few bucks to someone who owns older diesels. The prices in that eBay link are too high - $400 would buy one or two sets of rebuilt injectors, and then I can live without the tester. I'd have to buy rebuilds after my injectors failed the test, anyway.

Not to hijack the thread but this brings back many memories. I personally built tens if not hundreds of thousands of Detroit Diesel injectors. Primarily S60 and M92 models having worked for DDs OEM supplier. Originally Diesel Equipment Division of GM, later Diesel Technology Co. and after that Bosch. Many good friends and memories during the twenty-five or so years. Thanks for the thread.
