Hi, I'm wondering if anyone in Canada can help please - I've found a rare Kent Moore tool specific to what I need on eBay but the seller is in Quebec, Canada and I'm in the UK.
The auction shows that the seller will ship to the UK, but as soon as I try to buy it, it says its not applicable because I'm in the UK. I've tried to message the buyer to adjust the auction settings but my messages aren't getting through. I've tried contacting the seller via a friend in America, but he's facing the same issues so it looks like anyone outside Canada isn't getting through.
I'm wondering if anyone in Canada can message the seller on my behalf to get a conversation going? The frustrating thing is the tool is only $24!
