Thank you, Captain Obvious! Haha
BTW, that toilet seat in me 'tar was just shipped out to Manti, UT, home of Ed Roth, for next week's Rat Fink Reunion. Wish I could go but just not in the cards the time.

Kevin, has the neighbor contractor stopped by yet?

He already gave me a quote of $52,000. He is either drinking too much, or smoking those funny cigs. He did say that if I needed him for anything in the future to let him know, and he said he'll stop buy once in a while to see how things are going. He was actually very nice about everything. I think the $52,000 was just to see if I'd bite or not, and if I did, fine for him. If I didn't, then he'd make up a REAL quote. To me, that is about the same as lying to me, and I don't go for that ****. He just tried to put the screws to me with the $52,000 except he didn't realize that I do my homework. When I found out #1 was going to sub everything out to him anyways for $37,000, and #1 needed to make money also, I had a good idea what #4 would be charging #1. He'll try to stroke another contractor, but try to put the screws to me.Kevin: sounds like things are working out so far and crossing my fingers. thanks for the video link. she has some talent with those hoops doesn't she? i'm guessing you and the guys have seen Katie before and does she play volleyball too?

This is the tree that I need moved if it can be done. I can always buy a smaller one, but would like to keep this one if at all possible.
We don't want to get it deleted before Kevin gets started!

Cool tree for sure.
Why id the bobcat missing tires?
Was that tree in the "green place" in the Mad Max Fury Road movie?
If you saw the movie you'll know what I'm saying
I hope you cleaned it after you took it off of your toilet and shipped it out.
Kevin: that tree might be hard to save with a shovel. do you have any backhoes showing up that might be able to dig it out and place it in a new freshly dug hole? fresh dirt and maybe some fertilizer and you might save it with plenty of water after it quits raining. since it's not the middle of summer you have a chance, but usually February or October are good times to transplant.
it is a cool tree and don't blame you for trying to save it. good luck and if it has to be a shovel just try not to cut too many roots. i can't say if the main root on that tree is straight down or more likely a couple feet around the trunk.

JC: since you gave away or sold your Avitar are you about ready for a change? i hear Strouty has a few backups ready to go since Tampa's trying to sue him for using a form of his.![]()
if I can call it that.
Hey Kevin , did you considered filling the bath tub and let it drain out to make sure nothing came out of those tiles ? If the septic is full and possibly running off, a tub full of water might come out if by chance those tiles are connected to the leechbed.
Kevin made a moat!

But I didn't lie.

I am touched that Kevin built me a volleyball court. But I am thinking he wants me to brings some scantily clad female players with me.
