Bicycle bench slowly getting cleaned up.

I cleaned my bench a couple of days ago so I could mess it up again.
I swear it seems like I spend twice as much time cleaning as I do working.

I saw a Honda trail 70 on marketplace a couple days ago, it was gone in an hour.

Cool JIM did you have a trail 70 as a child? I had a 73 xr75 as a 10-13 year old.

Cool a few friends had them but most of my riding buddies had xl70's and sl70's and xr75's, honda made great mini bikes.

Made a little progress washed the trans for the mustang so I can drop it off and have it rebuilt

I suffer from the vintage Honda problem as well.... Due to a lack of shed space, tried to thin things out a bit and parted with my Monkey 50 and Yamaha 80MX but can't seem to let the XR's loose. I used to see them pretty often on CL but don't see hardly any these days - I've been looking for an SL70 and the ultra rare SL125 Green and just can't find them.

Early Evel Kneivel attempts on the farm in Iowa on my Honda 50..... used to wake up and fill with red gas from the barrel on the farm and head out to find my grandpa on his tractor.. Best days ever.

The cobra was cool for sure, but the 2 door falcon wagon with a 427 was cool and a nice build.

Stopped by to see what's new over here.
I know that you love bikes (Hondas) I raised my little family on honda dirt toys (8 kids)
I started them out on h-50 3 wheelers and 50 quads for the girls. Then moved them up to the 110 3 wheelers (2 of them)
then the 200 4 stroke was a great forgiving bike Mine was the 250 R 3 wheeler a rocket
Then we moved over to the 350 Odysseys before going to the 400 pilots when it was over we had 5 pilots 3 odysseys 1, 250 R 1 200 and 4 50s
Sold them all this past year cause the grand kids don't come to play.

Hey Don thanks for stopping by, my friends and I grew up riding honda mini bikes so I love them for sure. Sounds like you and your family had a nice collection of off road rides. Hope you got what they were worth when you sold them. Not much going on here bike wise right now just getting ready for the winter season.

Lights are on the top of my TO DO LIST this winter cause my side of our smallish 2 car garage doesn't have great lighting at all, but it now has heat.

keep up the bike riding and ice skating cause i'm sure it helps your overall health and well being along with your positive attitude and maybe a few more members like us will join the GET HEALTHY THREAD in 2022.
