key chain/pocket size flat headscrew driver ????

i work at a local dealership as a lot atendent and ever one and a while i have to put on take off a licence plat witch ***** in -40C and i dont always have a quarter on me so i was woundering if anyone knew if someone ever make a pocket size flat head screw driver i dont care if it form china or mars as long as it gets the job done
