I have two garages and I am wanting to get a couple of 2 button key fob garage door remotes to keep on motorbike keys. The idea that each button will control a different door.

One garage door opener is a ceiling mounted Liftmaster and the other is a Miracle Garage door opener for low clearance.

Both openers are about a year old.

I live in a remote location and do not have access to a garage door store.

Can anyone suggest a key fob or mini remote that will work? And suggest where to purchase online.

Got mine a few weeks ago from Lowe's. someone posted on here, they were almost 1/2 off. Sure is nice to just hit the fob and ride the bike in now. I used that super duty velcro to attach it right by the speedo.

I got mine for my Genie on Amazon. They were ~16 a piece and although I didnt get a key fob mine was small enough to just hook on my bike keychain.

I am also wondering if the Miracle opener can use the same remote as the Liftmaster?

The Miracle opener has a MVP by Allstar reciever hooked to it for the current remote I have.

I was wondering where my manual was (don't seen the miracles around here much) but I thought they were external receivers...

You could fartass around with finding a universal that'll handle both, or just swap in a liftmaster receiver; add a keychain remote and call it done.

I made my garage opener Bluetooth compatible for about $15, and 30 minutes time. Bought some NFC tags to put in my gloves so when I touch my left glove to my pocket (where my phone is) it opens the main garage, right glove opens the small garage. If you're a tinkerer, its an awesome sat afternoon hack that gets a lot of wow faces from friends haha.

I would be interested in learning about this. I have two commercial LM garage door openers that I would love to do this with.

When I had my bike (03 Road King), I put a regular door remote behind the headlight, soldered a wire to the button contacts and ran it in the bars out to the left side and installed a micro push button in the bottom of the handlebar control housing. It was totally hidden and pretty sweet. Just tapped it with my index finger and rode right in.

I tied a seperate remote into my highbeam switch on the bike. I mounted the remote inside the front fairing.
