Real world comparison? I have no idea. Base on specs, the Key coverall and the Carhartt X01 are both mid-weight insulated w/ cotton duck; it's a direct competitor.

only on the jacket. The coverall and overall only go up to XL-tall and XXL, respectively.

Thanks for the reminder. Last winter i got tired of putting on two pairs of pants three shirts , sweater and finally a jacket.......only to have the jacket pull up exposing my back and making things very uncomfortable:). How did i not ever think of coveralls!

What temp are these things suitable for?

I want to pull the trigger on the coveralls. But I'm 6'4 and 250. Granted I've lost 30 pounds and plan to keep going I'm still worried it'll be too small......

What do yall prefer bibs/jacket or coveralls?

I ordered three pieces, two coveralls and one jacket. Shipping was $12.79. The company is in Houston, so the shipping cost might be different.

I am very very impressed. This will definetly replace my carhartt duck jacket/Jean combo.

It's very warm.

Also has extra material along the back of the arm for flexibility. It also has buttons AND zippers down the legs, as well as button at the edge around the bottom of the pant legs so you can button it tighter around shoes/boots.

Also has an extra patch of material on the knees, elbows, and crotch.

Sleeves fit just right ( I got the xlt) and they have cuffs along with sleeves thay cover them.

The ONLY thing I don't like is how small the 2 interior pockets are. Wallet is a little tight.

There is also buttons under the corduroy collar so you can add a hood.

Wish they had they had the jacket left. I guess they are sold out. Are you sure they are US-made. May pick up some bibs as spares, but the Carhartts never seem to wear out.

Are Key garments Made in America?

No, but they're Sold By Americans.

When you purchase from Key Work Wear Online Store you are directly supporting American Families and the communities they live in.

Got mine the other day and noticed one was made in Mexico and the other in China. I called the retailer back and asked for a return tag. The main reason I bought them was because the OP said the COO was the USA and the webpage said it also. For those of you wanting a Made in USA option, Roundhouse clothing is made in the USA. They do not have insulated stuff to my knowledge but the quality is good. I am actually wearing a pair of their bibs today.

Thanks for the tip. I'm going to order a pair of Roundhouse overalls right now.

Hello board,

I'm a sales associate at Sam's Safety Equipment and we do have an awesome deal on a lot of our items including our Key insulated coveralls, overalls and jackets. We are limited on quantity and sizes though and will not be able to get any more in through that brand. The quality is satisfactory and all are new.

If we do not have your size you are looking for or you'd rather get another brand like Carhartt, we do not have them in stock but we can definitely order them. Of course the prices will vary depending on what type you need.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any future questions and don't forget to check out some of our other HOT deals on Amazon and our website @ www.sams-safety.com.

Thanks again!

All the coveralls I bought are made in USA. The tan/brown insulated coverall lost the COO but the camo one is shown to be made in USA.
