if they use standard "cam locks" yes, and it's probably cheaper to buy new than to have them re keyed.
if the keys interchange with each lock they probably can be re keyed .
I have acquired a kit of springs & wafers over the years (mostly from scrap locks) so I can re key cam locks . it's not rocket science but it is fiddly & the small springs like to go flying .

If you have the key and they take the same blank (fit in each lock) disassemble put in the key you want to use and file the wafers down flush. This will allow that key and the original to both work. [Multi key] Otherwise buy a matched set of cam locks as suggested above. Harry

From what I am discovering, it is far cheaper to buy new cam locks than to rekey. You will likely be looking for 7/8} cam locks. Take your pick of keyed or tubular locks.

I am making an assumption that the side boxes have a single door w/ a pretty simple lock setup. You might be able to remove one and look for a generic that will use a SnapOn style key or even look to see if SnapOn has a similar lock for their own side boxes. BTW once you web search for these type locks you will see that many of them come w/ replaceable cams. They are generally made from sheet metal and remove w/ one screw. So, if you find a cylinder that fits (maybe a SnapOn) but the cam isn't quite right, it can be replaced or removed modified and reinstalled.
