Decent handheld 160x120, 70mK thermal imager. Comes direct from Keysight (formerly Agilent, formerly HP) with only a battery but chargers are easy to get $10. Each auction is for a unique camera so you may have to check their main page for new ones. Their page is well known in the test equipment category. For things like oscilloscopes you can often haggle either on price or on the included options or both.
