Anybody have any recent date regarding Keystone Block retaining wall pricing, installed, with footer? Good soil, dry, no clay, 1500-2000 PSF bearing. Just looking for ballpark $.
Laying out my garage/access road, which is unfortunately on a good crossslope. According to my Civil engineer, either I need about 1200 yards of fill (to maintain 4:1 slope on the "downside"), or a retaining wall about 200' length - and a much reduced amount of fill.
Assuming one row below grade, from the garage down the access road, about 50' 6 row (with mat), 40' 5 row (with mat), 30' 4 row (with mat), 30' 3 row (no mat), and 30' 2 row. I'm thinking to just fill the area at the bottom, bringing up the lowest 20' about 2'.
TIA.
