i have a concrete "shelf" approx 4" x 4" that the garage "sits" on. it is only on two sides of the garage and runs all the way from front to back. approx 20' on either side. i have painted all of the walls and doors but i have this shelf that is a nasty concrete and i would like to make it look a little better but not paint as it will surely peel. i am looking at options to cover this area up such as vinyl moulding. any other thoughts?
