A picture of my window screen this morning, this window never sees rain, it is under a porch roof.

This is simply condensation collecting on the screen from the passage of air through the screen.

The humidity has been at or near 100% for a week now!
Makes you want to move to the North East?......No?

We had about a week of that last July, and it ***** bad. After that week, I wanted winter. I couldn't wait for the snow to come.

That is what we call normal here in SC. Sometimes in the summer you can literally cut the air with your hand and see it move there is so much moisture in the air.

This is going to be a great AC repair season for those customers that have the $s....and pay in $cash$

I've already got 3 ac repairs lined up for the next week...and my phone is ringing off the hook today.

You want cold air, you gotta pay the $price$. You don't have the $s, well, I guess your *** will be hot and sweaty this summer....

I know what you mean. It's awful in Columbia. Even worse at Myrtle Beach at the end of July for Mustang Week!

That's why we live in SW Colorado...7600', 3 to5% humidity in the summer and the Mountains when you need them. No slushy wet snow, just powder...you can't make a snowball. Love it. 12000 people, 5 redlights, no Walmart and the best kept secret in the West...that is it was till I post this. ;)

To those of us in the Southeast, you are having a "little" humidity up there. It has been that way here since February this year and will only get worse during July and August.

Supposed to be 93 in the Twin Cities tomorrow. Gonna turn the air on when I get home at 5:30am and let it get a head start on pulling some humidity out of the air. I know some people say they can take the heat as long as it isn't humid.......I hate 'em both. Can't wait for October.

Welcome to my world of South Texas. We are in top 10 of most humid all year round.

Yep. 100 f and 90% humidity. Its a realllly wet heat!! But we suffer thru those brutal winters where it sometimes gets down in the 40s :D Hot and humid in the summer , cold and humid in the winter!

I spent the summer of 1990 in Houma, Louisiana learning how to fly. I remember crawling out of the airplane just wringing wet from sweat. I tried for a week straight to do a cross country flight from Houma to Lake Charles to Beaumont, TX but always had to turn back because of thunderstorms. Good times but there's just no way I could live down there.

Yup.. Air will be on this morning.
I have never been able to handle the humidity, and my getting older hasn't seemed to help. Thankfully don't see too many sticky days in the Twin Cities.

Hotter then the dickens here in Toledo. Glad I have air in the house. My shop, 50x90 that I studded out the walls with 2x6s and added r19. Then I put in metal ceiling with r30. The barn keeps at about 66 degrees in this heat. I am happy.
