I just found this in a scrap tub at work. It got a lot of funny comments from the guys at work. Now I want to collect the whole set. Looks to be a pretty decent quality tool.

It's an old and respected English manufacturer. My Whitworth sockets are by King ****.

Junior high is sure fun, isn't it, op?

Now the current run is King Tony. I run into those often. Damn nice tools to use.

The market here in Mexico has newer King Tony. Pure Euro design and darn nice tools. Some are more German style and a few are more British. Similarity is striking at least.

It may be a S. American manufacturer but I sure like them. (Argentina is COO on one.)

If related only by licence or relative similarity I apologise.

Wouldn't be funny if they named the tools "King Richard"

We use the word **** the same way Americans do sometimes.

In the North of England we tend to use the word KNOB/KNOB-HEAD or BELL END.

**** isn,t really that offensive a word in England anymore, so we dont find it as hilarious as they do.

FANNY and BUM mean completely different things in England and we will laugh if we hear an American use them out of context in a movie or TV

So... what do they mean in a merry old England?

Well quite literally Fanny here is slang for ******

and Bum is ones Backside or Bottom

It cracked me up the first time I heard the phrase "Fanny Pack"

I always think of it as more of a hobby than a bag you wear... :D

In Conway, Arkansas there used to be a dealership named **** Longing. I think it was a Ford place.

I almost woke somebody up when I saw those ads on the first page.
