Kirloskar wrench info

Looking for any info on this wrench. I did find Kirloskar is a large company in India that makes a wide variety of machines.
The odd thing about this the number 3 stamped at each end top and bottom. Also stamped on the other side. Back marked
drop-forged. 9" OAL 1" opening on left, 7/8 on right.

There is a possibility that it was sourced from Barcalo. They provided tools to many companies in addition to their own branded products. They were made in the 20s and 30s. There are more examples on Alloy Artifacts.

Thanks Don for the info. Barcalo seems correct as this wrench was found in the Buffalo NY area.
The 8 number 3s on the jaws is still a mystery. Could this have been a test piece? Did they break off the jaws
to test hardness? Also odd no sizes are marked.
