Hello Gentlemen,
I have been lurking around for a while now, gathering some ideas from all of you and realizing that this forum is going to be bad for my wallet
A little bit of history:
I have always been a car guy, always wrenching etc. Unfortunately for the last few years my garage was a sad one stall garage in the current house which i'm not posting photos of.
It was time to upgrade the house and therefore the garage. I wanted to build a garage as big as possible and wife wanted me to have it no matter what. The main purpose is to play with both of my vehicles, learn welding and finally a spot for my project E30 M3 which is still to come
I managed to get approval from the developer to build a 21' x 24' garage with 9' door to accommodate my lifted truck with RTT.
Things to go into garage:
- Epoxy flooring
- Insulations with plywood/drywall walls and ceiling
- 60A Panel
- Gas line with thermostat controlled heater/furnace
- Additional fluorescent lighting
- MIG welder service
- Work bench
- Lift system for zodiac boat and RTT
- Ethernet cable service for TV etc.
- Air Compressor
- Other misc. items to come
I will use this thread for updates and such, as well as, the finishes that will go inside of my new shop
.
Criticism, advises and opinions are always welcome. I am new to this. Now onto the photos:
