It’s not a shop tool, so wasn’t sure this belongs in the Amazon thread. It is a tool, though. And many of us tool junkies are knife guys as well, so… On Amazon for $9.60 right now. Beautiful knife. Handle scales and pins not perfectly finished, but not too bad either. I do have one, and it’s well worth the $10

Mine arrived yesterday. Well worth the $. These Asian chefs knives pop up on Techbargains fairly often on the cheap. I've purchased a half dozen of different brands over the last couple years just to see how good they are and none have disappointed. Far as I can tell they're every bit as good as the other name brand knives I have like Zwilling, Wusthof, Lamson, etc. Best deal was for a Dalstrong 10" chefs knife via Amazon a few years ago that was posted in Techbargains. I also bought a couple for friends. This was what we got for $10.77 delivered.

Glad some were able to grab it, and are happy with it. Doesn't look like they have anything else in this line, so this might be them blowing out the last of whats left

guessing that these are clearanced due to fit and finish. Scales are a bit undersized making the grip a bit uncomfortable. Design is good and allows for an easy working pinch grip.

The blade is sharp, but a bit toothy. Going to strop it and see if that improves things.

We’ll see how well it holds up.

For $10, it’s kind of a no brainer
