I did a check at Amazon and they are almost $32.00. So they are not yet matching the Walmart price. I jumped at WalMart and will pick up in store.

Correct - I have both the HF and the Klein, and they are exactly the same units with different stickers. The HF unit comes out to $15.99 if you use a 20% coupon.
