Have you filled out a consumer warranty request authorization with Klein? I would suggest this as your first route. Their warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, etc., so they may argue that they will not cover the repair or replacement, based on those grounds, but filling out the WRA would be a good starting point.
If your strippers are still in production, you may be able to order replacement parts, so hopefully customer service gets back to you and gives you some direction.
Most of the time, when my Klein tools do fail, they have seen quite a bit of service, so I generally don't take the time to deal with the warranty and just buy a new set.
Just my two cents.
