Anyone know of a source to purchase/acquire the rebuild kit for a Klein 1/2 ratchet wrench, #3238, spud type?

I am not sure about your particular ratchet but I have owned several Klein ratchets in the past and they were all made by SK so you might start your search there.
Edit: Just looking on google that ratchet is not SK in origin. Have you tried contacting Klein directly and asking them?

No, just started the search. Stamped 'Made In Japan'.
Ratchet was found broken today, after apprentice's use.
Well, a call to Klein took care of it. Repair kit not available. The lady on the phone said I could send it in, or, bring it to a dealer.
She found a dealer right around the corner. Went in, talked to (I believe the owner) Harry, he warrantied it after calling Klein, and exchanged it on the spot!.
