I ran across Klein Tools new test meters this week and ordered one for the truck. I'd say this has everything you'd need for many tasks in one meter. I asked my co workers to guess a price and they figured $300 on up but they were shocked when I told them $150 online.
Should do nicely for troubleshooting.
