What are your opinions on Klein and should I buy from Home Depot instead of Walmart?

buy where they are cheapest. All the same stuff. Great quality, but can be overkill for many.

How much wire stripping ate you going to be doing. If it's your job or a you will be using them a lot, that's what you should get. If it's just for having a pair of wire strippers, I'd get a more inexpensive pair. I'm not saying get bottom of the barrel, but Ideal are good (have lifetime warranty), Milwaukee (lifetime), Greenlee.

Though another good reason to get their (hand) tools are they are made in the USA.
