Which set?

I have had a large 60 pc Klutch set shallow/deep metric and SAE for a long time.

Similar style storage case and material spec to the 38pc set they have. No problems with wear and tear from use. And the light grey case is extremely strong

The current 59pc set advertised now is different from the one I have though.

In all seriousness, on what planet does a homeowner/DIY mechanic need a 94 piece impact socket set? You're spending too much time on this, Wood1320.

I have the 94 piece set in my road box. They do what they are suppose to just fine. Only complaint is the sizes are only laser etched, no hard stamping. At this point I'd say half have worn clean.

How about looking at Harbor Freight? There impact sockets are very well received. I have a 3/8 and 1/2 set. You can't hurt them.

Aren't these made by Sunex? Sunex has a pretty good reputation for sockets.

I paid more than that for JUST my metric deep wells in SK. looks like a good deal to me. I agree about the laser etching thay is pretty annoying when that where's off. However if they're always in their case in a marked location in the only place they fit that would probably be just fine.
I've got all those sockets but mine are made up of probably 6 sets. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 500-1000 of sk impact sockets. I just looked up the sk deep metric set that I have and it 526 dollars by itself from SK!

Never heard of Klutch until earlier this week when I was looking for a decent priced set of impact universal/swivel socket sets that don't skip sizes.

Anyone tried the Extension universal impact sockets??? I went ahead and jumped on the SAE and Metric sets but still waiting for them in the mail. From the pictures on Northern Tool, it looks like there would be better access after some articulation in tight spots since the extension is actually part of the tool..i.e. the universal joint.

Anyways, just interested if anyone has tried them.
