Klutch tools any good?

I recieved the new Northern Tools and equipment catalog recently and, for the 1st time in recent history, had a moment to real it.
Inside, there were pages filled with "Klutch" brand tools. Apparently, Klutch has everything everyone else does in hand tools and relativly low cost. Lifetime guarantee too!
I'm not ready to trade in my Snappy tools yet, but the question is...
A). Who makes Klutch tools.
B). Is there any quality in them
C). Anybody have any Kltch tools?

I have been curious about this myself, for the past couple years theyve had that brand in there but I have never seen any of it in person.

I have a Klutch 1/2 impact. I like it OK but by far not in love with it. Its rated for like 900ft lbs in reverse but I'd say its closer to half of that. Its only slightly stronger than my CH pneumatic and my Dewalt 18v impacts.

Their only claim to fame seems to be that just about everything is reversible including things like grinders and die grinders. I've not handled any of it either.

I have a Klutch compact 1/2" impact. I like it for suspension work where some of the areas are a little more confined. It really works well for me. However, for the heavy duty stuff, I still have to use the IR impact.

Also have used the half in impact for a few years. Its far better than the price indicates. Its been strong enough that I plan to pick up the 3/8 version soon.
