Just scored some 10" Knipex from Menards... they had a sale on all Knipex pliers! Picked it up for $16. Thought it wasn't a bad deal compared to other outlets where I could get it.

I see the 10'' alligator pliers on sale for $16.99. Is that the ones you're talking about?

that is a good deal, but not earth-shaking - that's about $18.50 with tax, only a $2 saving off the everyday price of $20.57 at my go-to low cost Knipex source, Mechanics Tools & Bits (order $50 worth of stuff for free shippin) - and not having to fight Christmas traffic is worth a lot!
