Knipex bolt cutters

Which Knipex Bolt Cutter is better, 7101200 or7101200RSBA? Looking for something to cut wire and small bolts.

I have no idea what the RSBA is supposed to mean. The mini bolt cutters with part number suffix is not on the Knipex website. Those two should be the same basic tool unless the handle, handle colour, blade, or finish type isn't already included in the part number without the suffix.

This question comes up a lot. They are the same tool with different packaging. The first is just the bare tool in plastic and the second has retail packaging like they stock at Menards.
