yeah, I was gonna order some other stuff from amazon.
I guess the price is OK, There was a 10" pair at lowes they were talking about, my two Lowes didn't have them.
I was thinking of the 10" pair.

I bought some a few months back when Amazon had the low price before, and they are very, very good tools and work very well. Every time I pick them up to use I smile, they are so good.

Fir just 8", these are the most impressive cutters I've ever used. They cut anything you can fit between the jaws like butter......things that would destroy a pair of side cutters.

The notch is supposed to help you grab onto what you're cutting.

However, the no-notch version usually costs less, and I couldn't resist when I was able to get them for an even lower price than $34.

Thanks a lot dude! You made me order a pair! I've been wanting one for a while.

It was already a fair price at $32 but then somehow I had $5 to redeem in SYW points, bringing it down to $27. Then I had a SYW coupon to use that gives me $10 in points back. On top of this I got free shipping (SYW Max), 7% cash back thru Ebates, and I get to redeem my $10 gift card for signing up from Ebates (or so I think).

Maybe someone can benefit from my explanation.
