Knockout Punches

Does anybody know of any cheap chinese knockoff Conduit Knockout Tools? I see HF has a set, but it only goes up to 1-1/4" Conduit size, of couse, I've got 1-1/2" Conduit and the side where I was planning on putting the entrance for my wire only has a 1-1/4" Knockout on it. If it werent for the fact that this will probably be the one and only time i'd use it, I'd just spring for the greenlee...

I could have easily used a holesaw this weekend if it werent for the orientation of the Main Panel, the side where the new conduit comes down is about 10" away from the wall...no room to get a drill/holesaw in there.

Option B would be to get a reducing bushing and just enter the panel with a 1-1/4" Terminal Adaptor (Plan B thought just popped into my head while typing this)

Do u know someone who has a right angle drill, that you could borrow? Then u may be able to use a hole saw!

You're only an eighth" too small. Why not nibble the rest out with snips or a cheap sheet metal nibbler? Maybe you can offset a die and cut out some crescent shapes and finish up with a rat tail.

Just talked to a telecom buddy and they've got a Greenlee master punch set at the shop that goes up to 4" Conduit at least, said it shoudlnt be a prob to borrow it, so he'll grab it for me today/tomorrow...I SHOULD Be in business, but I'll know for sure when Ive got it in hand..... My FIL has a RH Drill I've borrowed before, but its 300 miles away...they ARE Coming down to help me with the Vinyl, but that will delay my wiring project a week... I've already got my master operator practicing:

I would be a candidate for some cheap punches in larger sizes too. It is a premium item that hold their value well on the used market, my use would be occasional too.

Get a large size Unibit they run about $100 Or maybe a Starrett A19 Oops Pilot Arbor would work.

I've got one of the Oops Pilot Arbors...would be fine to expand the hole, but I'd still need a Right Angle Drill... If I woulda had a RA Drill this weekend...hole would have been drilled Saturday afternoon...

Die grinder or dremal tool, just grind it out some.
