Was at my neighborhood Lowe's this morning and saw this. I wouldn't pay $29.97, but I was in at $11.99. It has three 1/4" drive"extensions" and three 1/4" hex magnetic bit holders for the ratcheting handle
as well as a few sockets, bits and a 1/4" hex spring loaded bit socket.

I'd buy that for everything on the blue side of the box for that price .

The handle and bits are, Imma gonna guess , be, well, a litle subpar for most here on GJ.

Sockets are marked Taiwan, and look like the ones in their regular socket sets. Handle is OK, definitely not top quality. the extensions and magnetic bit holders are 1/4" square drive, so there are little if any options for handle upgrade. They will work in a refrigeration ratchet.

Mother in law heard I needed screw drivers and picked up a Kobalt set. She touted they were lifetime warranty, which I never knew. Got them home and saw they were made in the USA. Pretty cool.

my store has the same set with a new item number now... new low price is 19.** marked down from 29.**. I found one of the old ones that I picked up a few months back but it still scanned the same price as the new one. Its the same damn set with a new item number as far as I could tell, didn't check if the new one was china or Taiwan.

I bought a bunch of them last time, some had the gray and blue handles while others where black and blue. the extensions work well with the gearwrench handles. I took the short extensions for that and threw the rest in my junk yard bag, its not the best but has come in handy a few times.
