so far its cranking away. the spool holders on the AMS are a little wonky but nothing that isn't usable. for a first time user or second machine I dont see why its not a fantastic choice. Do it take regular sized spools, I haven't looked that much into it.

So far I have the bottom drawer inserts printed for MIG and TIG stuff. The top flip lid is going to be storage for marking and layout tools. I’m not sure about the first drawer yet.

Basically I built this cart and decided to get away from the plastic divider boxes for small things I use often. Flat space is at a premium in my garage and finding somewhere to set those bins down, not be in the way, and not get knocked over.

Of course some of the less used/spare stuff will still be in the bins in the drawers or elsewhere.

The wife came back from Lowes with 5 of these yesterday! She said although they don't have any on display, if you ask they have to get them from the back and sell them to you. She also said for Mothers Day they will be on sale for $7. Buy them now and take your receipt back and get refunded...

Picked one up last week for a "pencil box."



Then decided it needed some garage art.




What I have learned so far, it's light, really lightweight. Opening and closing drawers makes it slide. It's going to need fastened down or something to hold it in place.

I think the Members Mark tool box is a better design. Both drawers are deep, there's a latch and handle on the lid. It's not flimsy. Mine is full of hand and soldering tools.

^ I don't very often drive phillips screws into the backs of picture frames with pink screwdrivers, but when I do, I always put them in at a 45° angle.

They would make nice Jewelry Boxes for the Grand Daughters, but when the time comes I have 4 of the top boxes and 2 of
the bottom boxes that are the 1936 Snap-on replicas. that the wife uses for her jewelry and watch collection.
