By chance; Can anyone state/site a purpose, and/or use, for rotating an 12°-13° offset wrench head, on an axial helix?

Mechanically, I cannot resolve it’s intended function, nor reasonable state as to any practical application.

Bro, it’s not to rotate. It’s just a means to connect to the handle to use like a normal wrench. Same goes for the hammer posted above.

I know better than to buy tools from Walmart… someone is asking what kit they are for, or if they had a specific special intended purpose.. they stated they are used as rotatory bits, but had no answer when I asked them, the same you too have so reasonably surmised. thx Man.
