I’ve recently picked up a 1/4” set of the old Kobalt Williams made stuff. I know it’s like 36 tooth, but after a good clean out and live it’s the smoothest ratchet I’ve used. I’ve got some 936’s the Williams B-52EHF and newer Taiwan made stuff, and some of them are nice, but nothing like the old Kobalt. I like the handle style too. I picked up one of the 3/8” William Taiwan made ratchets (31001 I think) and it’s really smooth, but there is soooo much slip in the anvil. Anyone else find this to be true if the Kobalt? I’ve been looking for a 3/8” one now, and they’re hard to find.
