Kokem Tools - Are they available in the US?

I get Professional Distributor magazine and requested a Kokem catalog after seeing a few of their tools. They are from Japan. They have a breaker / speeder like what Snap-On used to offer that I want for chaning tires. Does anyone know where to get Kokem tools here in the states. I have tried e-mailing them and have gotten no where.
